It was published in 1975 as textless illustrations in the Japanese book (エッセイ集 微熱少年) which contains a collection of essays written by former Happy End member Takashi Matsumoto.

In later re-releases of Harugai Sketch, additional Japanese text would be added to some of the one-shot's pages.

Summary

Hideyoshi takes a stroll around a fictional city populated by anthropomorphic animals and humans.
