Torabuchi Misora (三空 トラブチ) is an anthropomorphic cat, and a representative of the National Cat Welfare Federation from Block 8

In Kiri ni Musebu Yoru, he was due to participate in the National Cat Welfare Federation's emergency conference in Yonezawa, but he tragically lost his life along the way, after he was struck by a taxi in front of Matsue Station.

His first name (Torabuchi, トラブチ) is a combination of the Japanese words (トラネコ, toraneko), which is the Japanese word for tabby cat, and (ブチネコ, buchineko) which is the Japanese word for bicolor cat or tuxedo cat.
