Description

Kobayashi (小林) is an anthropomorphic cat, and a representative for the National Cat Welfare Federation. He has a habit of stratching things when something excites him.

In Kiri ni Musebu Yoru, he scratches the desk that he's sitting next to, three times, and each time he does it, he is told by the other representatives to stop, because they are currently borrowing the desk from the Kamisato Agricultural Cooperative and don't want it to get damaged.
