Description

Katsura (カツラ) is a male anthropomorphic cat who owns Kastura's Kakigori Shop, a kakigori shop located in the Calabash Forest which also functions as a planetarium. He has a fascination with stars, so much so, that he likes to look at them all night long with his telescope.
